Presentations
Introduction to DBT
In this series, we discuss the basics of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and how it can be used effectively in every day life. Through relatable anecdotes and skills education, individuals learn how to be present, gain control of their emotions, and improve their interactions with others in this introductory presentation.
“Thank You To The Bully”
In our latest series, “Thank You to the Bully” takes a new approach to this tired topic. Rather than focusing on the minimizing bullying, this presentation educates victims on how to cope with bullying and other challenges. Individuals will not only find opportunities to empathize with their bully, but also opportunities to grow from adversity.
