Child/Teen Therapist:
 
We are on the search for an LPC, LCSW, LAC or LSW to join our team, specifically “Leah’s Little’s” Team. We are looking for a child/teen therapist, applicant must have experience working with kids and teens and confident working with parents. Must be willing to work IN PERSON after school hours.

Description:

Behind the scenes at Blueprint, our Client Relations Team is the backbone of the practice. This position supports our therapeutic team and is the initial point of contact for all new clients and inquiries. The Client Relations team sets the tone for every client that reaches out to us for help, so we are extremely selective in choosing the right people for this position. 

This is an entry level position to the Mental Health field that requires a natural ability to connect with people, empathy, and administrative skills. The ideal candidate will have their undergraduate degree in a human services field, background working in an office with organization and administrative skills, and an investment in being an integral member of the Blueprint Mental Health team.

This is a HUGE opportunity for those interested or already pursing Graduate School for Mental Health Counseling or Social Work to gain experience within the mental health field in a supportive, cohesive environment.

Job Description Includes: 

-Active member of the Blueprint Team

-Initial point of contact for all new client inquires

-Daily consultation calls with new clients 

-Scheduling new clients and maintaining therapist wait list

-General client assistance with scheduling and billing needs

-General office upkeep

-General administrative support to the clinical team

-As needed assistance and special tasks for owners of the practice 

-Assist with notetaking for team meetings, 

-Maintaining active client email list and practice outgoing emails

-As needed assistance with groups, workshops, events or presentations
